Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team. No previous event experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and the support you need to succeed.

The Event Assistant will help with event preparation, guest engagement, promotional activities, and day-of-event coordination. You’ll work alongside an experienced team while developing valuable skills in events, marketing, communications, customer service, and leadership .

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, college students, first-time job seekers, career changers, and motivated individuals looking to gain professional experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with planning, preparing, and executing events and promotional activities
  • Help with event setup and breakdown
  • Welcome and engage with attendees in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide information and answer questions from guests
  • Represent our organization and brand partners at events
  • Support promotional campaigns and community outreach activities
  • Distribute promotional materials and assist with event displays
  • Help create a positive and memorable experience for attendees
  • Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development activities
