Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about event planning and eager to gain hands-on experience in the events industry. As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure all event details are handled
• Help prepare event materials such as signage, brochures, and promotional items
• Support on-site event setup, management, and breakdown activities
• Maintain detailed records of event logistics, budgets, and timelines
• Assist with booking venues, catering, equipment, and transportation

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, hospitality, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and event management software is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as events require
