Job Description



Strive Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily production operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring production processes run smoothly by assisting with workflow coordination, maintaining organized work areas, and supporting the team in meeting production goals while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily production activities and operational tasks.
  • Prepare materials and equipment for production processes.
  • Monitor workflow to help maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure company standards are met.
  • Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Support inventory organization and material handling.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production objectives.
  • Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
