Videographer / PhotographerLocation: Hammond, Louisiana Tell Stories That Bring Communities to Life.Stoa Group is seeking a full-time Videographer / Photographer to join our Marketing team in Hammond.As a member of our multidisciplinary in-house creative team, you'll help develop compelling visual content that showcases our communities, culture, team members, and brand. / Photographer, you'll create engaging visual content that strengthens brand awareness, supports marketing initiatives, and showcases the Stoa experience.Content Creation & StorytellingProduce high-quality video and photography content that aligns with company branding and marketing objectivesDevelop engaging visual stories that highlight communities, residents, employees, and company initiativesCreate content across multiple formats including short-form videos, social media campaigns, reels, stories, episodic content, and promotional featuresTransform existing content into new creative assets for various platforms and audiencesContribute ideas for innovative campaigns and visual storytelling opportunitiesVideo Production & EditingFilm, edit, and deliver high-quality video content using industry-standard production techniquesCreate content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platformsIncorporate graphics, text, music, sound design, and motion elements into video productionsExecute projects from concept development through final deliveryEnsure content meets company quality standards and brand guidelinesPhotography & Brand AssetsConduct quarterly community photoshoots across Stoa's portfolioCapture professional photography of communities, amenities, team members, events, and marketing campaignsManage and maintain the employee headshot databaseEdit and optimize photography assets for digital, social, print, and marketing useMaintain consistency across all visual brand assetsCreative CollaborationPartner with the Marketing team and internal departments to support business objectivesCollaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling visual contentHelp establish and maintain photography, videography, and creative standardsParticipate in creative brainstorming sessions and campaign developmentSupport company-wide branding and marketing initiativesContent Strategy & InnovationStay current on social media trends, platform updates, and content best practicesResearch emerging video formats, storytelling techniques, and creative technologiesRecommend new approaches to increase engagement and brand awarenessContinuously seek opportunities to improve creative processes and content performanceMaintain awareness of industry trends and audience preferencesWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsOne (1) year or more of experience in videography, photography, video production, design, social media content creation, or a related fieldProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and IllustratorStrong video editing and motion graphics skillsExperience operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipmentFoundational understanding of design principles, including typography, composition, and visual hierarchyKnowledge of social media platforms and content strategiesStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyWillingness and ability to travel regularlyPreferred QualificationsExperience operating drones and FAA Part 107 certificationPhotography and photo editing expertiseMotion graphics or animation experienceIllustration skillsExperience creating content for multifamily, real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or related industriesBachelor's degree, B.F.A.,
